Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Self-Pay Options

For patients without insurance or those who prefer not to use their insurance benefits, we offer transparent self-pay pricing.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes) $250

Medication Management Follow-Up (30 minutes) $125

Payment Policies

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

  • A valid payment method is required to reserve appointments.

  • Receipts are available upon request.
